Recurring but not continuous. They seem to bring it up for 1-2 weeks every month or two. I like it better when it rolls over a month-end so I can round off my gas promo to an even dollar.

Interesting- I feel like it's always available to me in the app. Maybe it's always 4x for Visa/MC/Amex and 2x for everything else?
