Same issue in VA, promo is added but unavailable to use at checkout, tried several restaurants.

In other words, to see if the promo is tied to people physically in the area or if the promo only works for a certain list of restaurants with a certain zip code.

I'm assuming it's the latter but anyone in those states can easily try placing an order in another state and see if the promo applies
