    5. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more using PayPal QR code at checkout
    6. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account
  • Venmo Instructions:
    1. Open Venmo App (Android or iOS)
    2. In bottom left corner of app, click "Scan"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Accept Permissions
    5. Click "Save for Later"
    6. Under Profile, select QR code symbol
    7. Click "Show to Pay" to being up your QR Code
      • Note, new Venmo users will need to verify identity under settings to use QR code
    8. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more
    9. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account

The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

The $10 cash back (for a $20 purchase) is PayPal only, not Venmo. And it stacks with the $20 off "Touch Free Purchase" offer.

For Venmo, there's no "deposit", you should just see a net $5 charge, assuming you did the offer correctly and purchased a $25 gift card/etc.

transfer any existing paypal balance you have out first and pay with a credit/checking to your paypal to pay for the difference. I believe that's what helped trigger the $10 cashback.

One of my accounts i paid with paypal balance and didnt get it. The other I paid with credit card and got the $10 paypal cashback.

I had $10 off offer but didn't had option to save the offer. I bought gc for $20 credit but that $10 email or credit not appeared as of now after 1 hour. Any idea if I did right?

Did 1 transaction buying gift cards (pick the amount), some hair products for $0.17 with a bunch of CVS coupons applied. Another one on Paypal for a flat $20 amount gift card. No issues. I checked out at the register but the self-checkout was accepting Venmo/Paypal as an option.

Just did it. Worked for both. And a somehow got an additional $10 credit through paypal. So it was a free $50.
Both $20 discounts applied immediately.

Do it with the apps opened.
No screenshot.
Make sure your funding source it up to date.

Don't hit the PayPal/Venmo option at checkout. When you get to the screen that asks for cash/credit/debit, scan the barcode
