    2. In bottom left corner of PayPal App, select "Scan/Pay"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Save Offer
      • You may be directed to log in to your account
    5. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more using PayPal QR code at checkout
    6. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account
  • Venmo Instructions:
    1. Open Venmo App (Android or iOS)
    2. In bottom left corner of app, click "Scan"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Accept Permissions
    5. Click "Save for Later"
    6. Under Profile, select QR code symbol
    7. Click "Show to Pay" to being up your QR Code
      • Note, new Venmo users will need to verify identity under settings to use QR code
    8. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more
    9. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account

The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

That's not true.. I just avail the offer 30mins back. It was instantly applied to my receipt after the payment in the register. I bought for $21.29 and I was charged only $1.29 from my PayPal account. This offer didn't runout yet if anyone wants to try.

Bought the Bestbuy $25 gift card and Target $25 gift card as Amazon gift card was not available.

Paid $5 on Paypal and $5 on Venmo.

Got the $10 credit immediately, and showed it on the Paypal app.

If you saved it to your account earlier today, it may still be there but I don't know where to look. Maybe someone can help.

I scanned the offer in the account I saved it earlier today and didn't use it yet, and got the redeemed error. Earlier today I got the saved confirmed.

It would be nice if scanning the QR on an account where it was saved earlier still confirmed you had it but it does not appear to work this way.

Had it glitch on me. Phone vibrated indicating it went through. Cashier said it was a no go and willing to try again. 2nd time it went through. When I got back home I was charged 2 transactions of $20. The 1st was the $20 off $20 and generated a $10 credit. The second one (that went through) utilized the $10 credit and charged my cc $10 for the $20 purchase.

So have 2 PayPal transactions of $20/piece but only have one $20 gift card.

Filed a dispute but doubt it'll go anywhere. Still $10 off of $20 is pretty great.

It shows up under Settings-Offer in Venmo app. Click on 4th icon at bottom and should see settings on top right.
