Possibly a phishing site? The domain target-redcard.com was registered on Aug 3, 2021, and the site is hosted on Google.

I spoke to target.com cust serv, and she researched and said it is not a legitimate offer. Do not take my word for it, but use caution. It may prove to be ok, but lets find a better way to verify.

This needs to be expired/removed as soon as possible. Looks like a scam.

What's throwing me off is all the links seem to direct to Target. Additionally the from and reply to are from em.target.com when looking at the headers in the original raw email file which should bypass any spoofing.

Even the target-redcard.com doesn't seem to have any mechanism to scam beyond encouraging more spending at target. I haven't seen a login link or anything that doesn't direct to legitimate target.com sites.

Anyone find any links in the email or website that DONT redirect to a target.com domain?

This isn't a scam. The offer the op received is for inactive accounts.

Even though I don't find any login or something on target-redcard.com but it still seems a scam site. The SSL certificate is issued by "Let's Encrypt R3" but target.com and other target sites are issued by "GlobalSign Organization Validated CA", and the browser tab icon is smaller than regular target.com

Yeah it definitely seems iffy but the email seems like it may legitimately be from target. It's really bizarre

That would be me. They keep emailing me to see why I haven't used my card much. Maybe that's what's involved. Hope so.

The site doesn't ask for anything and all click throughs to target.com don't even have a referral link. Everything posted about it is very odd, though, I agree.

It might be one of those 3rd party things, but this is definitely not from target.

The official Target Red Card site is https://rcam.target.com

Anything involving redcard uses target.com or it's subdomain.

THIS IS NOT AN OFFICIAL TARGET PROMOTION

When I go to the page listed "https://target-redcard.com/offer-2/" under "RedCard benefits & program rules" it does have this offer at the bottom. And also if I click on "Orders" it does actually show my orders as I'm logged in. But if I go to "target.com" under "RedCard benefits & program rules" it doesn't show this offer. Weird. Maybe the original link is the one from the email only given to people who haven't used their card much, which as I mentioned is me as they keep sending me emails mentioning this and encouraging me to use it. I'll have to look again through my emails to see if I received this offer in an email too.
