Bought these from woot a year ago when they were $10, discounted from $99 (yeah right). I too thought they might be some sort of substitute for allbirds.

But they looked and felt like a $10 pair of shoes. The back edge rubbed my ankle enough to break the skin. First and last time I wore them. I'll never look at a crossed-out price again the same way 😄
For men's sizing always subtract 1.5 from the women's size. For example, 8.5 women's equals 7.0 in men's.
I have two pairs of these in men's and I have to be honest - they're great. Of course the quality is not as high as $100 Allbirds (which I ended up returning), but they're an absolute steal at this price.

They were a great deal at $20-something when I bought them from Walmart, and picked up a second pair for myself from the men's Woot deal a while back, as well as a few pairs as gifts.

I wear these often, and they've held up really well. You won't find any non-Allbirds shoes like this for less than $50, and even then the couple of options never seem to be in stock.

I got the mens' pair a while ago. I didn't expect much for $7, but was pleasantly surprised. The felt material doesn't feel like it will last forever, but they're really comfortable! I don't know if it's breathability, or softness or what, but they feel great for however long they last. They look pretty nice in person too.

Seems like these are unisex just like all birds. What's the conversion size between women and men?

I bought these for $10 and ended up getting them for free because they sent me the wrong size, half a size larger. Honestly I ended up wearing them more often than I thought, they easily slip on and off and are great for running short errands. They're not the most stylish but they're not horrible looking either. Well worth as an extra pair to have around the house.

I bought these last time the deal came around, and immediately tossed them in the donation pile. The soles had almost no tread and was more slippery than my super basic flip flops even just on wood floor. I wanted these to work as my basic errand shoes, but didn't want to risk falling on wet tile floor in a store. If you use these exclusive for concrete or asphalt walking maybe they'd be fine.

These have no traction whatsoever and I've slipped countless times on hardwood. The whole shoe is a solid piece of cheap rubber with thin fabric on top and no better than the cheapest shoes at Payless. Had to toss.

Normally I try to provide benefit of the doubt when reading overwhelmingly positive reviews, but having experienced these firsthand and rereading, my only conclusion is that some of these commenter are shills. There's no way we're talking about the same terrible shoe.

Got these in a men's size when they were on Woot a while back. They're really light weight and feel like cheap shoes with soles that don't seem like they'd hold up. Not particularly comfortable and wouldn't buy them again for the $15 I paid.

Sad that people on SD think liking a product in relation to a price means your a shill and down-vote.

I bought these when they were $10 some months ago and they are great. Have held up nicely and easy to clean.

lol Thanks but it's all good. I don't care about any of that. I rarely comment or post. I'm actually wearing one pair right now! For fun, I painted the soles black with a permanent paint marker and changed out the laces.

Nope. I love mine. Have had no issues with traction or quality. I did put insoles in like I do with literally all my shoes though.

This happened to me too! Except they sent size 13s instead of 11.5s. Gave em to my brother in law who likes them. Then I was able to get 11.5s the second time the deal came around. But as I said in another comment, I bought these for 20$ from a Walmart seller and love them. Got a second pair on the woot deal.

Who are your friends that you are giving these as gifts to? Thank goodness I'm not one of them. They probably tell you it's the best gift ever. But unless you see them wearing it in posts and when you see them in person, its a white lie.

Give people good gifts or none at all is my philosophy. No one wants stuff that YOU think is a good deal. They just want good products.

Ok so I used to be a big fan of these shoes - I've purchased 3 pairs, basically any time they go on sale for <$10.

My original feedback was that they are good for what you are paying - you know what you should expect from a shoe this cheap. Pretty low quality, sole rips out instantly the first time you wear it, zero traction on the bottom, etc. Even with all of those issues, I still thought they were worth it.

However, things have changed. My legs/knees have been hurting a bit and any time I put these shoes on, the pain flares up almost within a few steps. The shoes have basically 0 support and you will very quickly wear through the sole, to the point where it almost feels like you are walking barefoot on some parts of your foot (toes, etc.).

I do NOT recommend anyone buy these shoes anymore, especially if you have had any kind of leg/knee pain the past. These will make you realize that you should invest in a pair of shoes with some good support.
