That model and this model both are LED.

This is the U8K miniLED which notably has FALD, so much better black levels, than both of the $2000 TCL/Hisense models.

Lowest the u8K has been is $3000 (but sold out quickly at that price)

Great TV - just make sure it fits through whatever hallway / doors it needs to get through.

WTF... Decisions decisions \. Best value for 100 inch... But was 3K before.. Wonder why the 500 more. Must be selling good and no equivalent price/product in sight?

I bought the Hisense $2k when it was on sale a couple of months ago. These 100" TVs will eventually go back to $2-2.5k. The $3k price will not hold by next year. All of these TVs will go on sale as more are mass produced each year and costs of production go down
