Some of us value our time. I have a dog, and use it every single day. If not, my cleaning lady does and that's time she could be cleaning something else.

5 mins a day x 365 days a year x 4 year service life = 121 hours saved. My time is worth a lot more than $760/121 hours or $6.29/hour.

Also, it doesn't take "5 minutes".
Just want people to be aware that iRobot just came out with a new model j7+ for $850
It includes auto empty bin and object avoidance (camera in front).
Available for purchase now on iRobot's website with other retailers to follow soon.

Biggest feature differences is the irobot has object avoidance while roborock has the mop.
No reviews yet for the new iRobot. One concerns is iRobot has a history of buggy software on new products.

Historically, Roborock seems to have better navigation/mapping/battery life while iRobot has better cleaning ability on rugs.
Great review on Vacuum Wars on YouTube.

I think this is the same as S7 with the addition of auto empty dock.

Seems like a good deal. There has been very few sales on this model thus far.

same price on their website, 5% CB Discover PayPal.

looks like no tax if you buy from their website versus Amazon.

You're wrong, just looked at the roborock site and it does have a bagless bin.

Scroll down here and you'll see a Pic of the dustbin:

https://us.roborock.com/products/...empty-dock

EDIT: I stand corrected, different regions have different versions. I prefer bagless or reusable bag technology so this is a hard no for me. Thanks all for doing a deeper dive.

No tax for AZ, but there probably should be. Thanks,
