When did you open the debit card? Target now has an unofficial restriction - card needs to be open for more than 90 days. If it's more than 90 days since you last opened the card, you can cancel it, wait for 2-3 days and re-apply.

There are TONS of restrictions on Target coupons like this. Go back to the beginning of this thread and you'll see the post with everything listed that's excluded. I believe Nintendo products are usually excluded as are most big brand names.

It's not email it's by MAIL . mostly they send by postal mail in white envelope, which will state why they decline your application Or approved your application. If yours approved you will send. Card and coupon in same mail .

I should clarify, my submitted my debit card application online. It is not approved yet. They will still need to verify the checking account by doing the small deposits. But so far no email.
