Amex can cover it cant it?
Last time I read through the terms I think it only applies to original manufacturer refurbs. Not sure if it applies in this case.
The reviews on the internet are high for this vacuum
Has pretty good reviews... most of the issues comes from the brush roller breaking off.

I bought this vacuum for full price last year in march and I have to say it is a great vacuum. It has alot of power and the duo clean brush/ roll system works amazing on either hard floor or carpet. My only complaint would have to be the bin isn't big enough for a large house without making multiple stops to empty it but besides that. It is my favorite vacuum I've gotten in a while.
