Have gotten from them in the past and very satisfied. High end fragrances and packaged really nicely. Gave some as gifts too.

Why not? It's like anything else you order online, one may change their mind. It's important to know that you cannot return to a Macy's store.

Many of these gift baskets are on Amazon with varying number of reviews (5-2000). I'm unsure if these are paid ones.

Misleading list price isn't it? The white rose one is listed at $30 MSRP on Macy's, making it 50% off. Listed on this post for $55, and advertising 72% off, which are incorrect.
