This was a good deal at close to $20, but Amazon has dropped the price now to $16.10. Make sure you select Amazon as seller. It is OOS right now, but I'm sure Amazon should have it soon.

Multi-component Kraftform handle for fast and ergonomic screw driving

In short - Yes. I've had one for about a year, and it's a well-designed and engineered tool that offers just enough flex and length to both reach fasteners and avoid obstructions that may otherwise prevent access. .

Heads up, as of this moment it's back in stock for $16.10 (with Amazon selected as the seller) for anyone who missed the boat. Maybe some cancellations.
