I bought this keyboard on the deal a week and a half ago, and am typing on it right now. It's a good keyboard. I will caution, however, that at least on the linear switches, the key activation is VERY light - so if you are not a precise typer, you will probably make a bunch of mis-strokes while you're getting used to it.

They're speed switches, which are very light and quick to activate as you pointed out. The good news is the switches are easily hotswappable, so you can put in exactly the switches you want.
These gateron cap v2 milky yellow switches at $11.80 per 35 switches are a great value for pre-lubed linear switches. Some people compare them to the much more expensive ink black switches. 2 boxes would cover your main typing area and arrow keys (all but the num pad and function row) or 3 boxes would be enough to replace the whole board: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08X4ZFFP1 . The white milky casings will also let the RGB continue to look good.

Just bought two last week when on sale (one linear and one clicky), feels inferior in every regard compared to my Logitech G710+. Was planning on keeping the better of the two EVGA keyboards, might not keep either.

Dead now, but this is the deal I activated, and was able to apply in this case. And I was mistaken it was 15 off of 25.
