Bought this monitor a few months ago, just be aware it doesn't come with an actual monitor stand you have to clamp it on your desk or drill a hole through your desk like I had to do to mount it which was easy. The monitor and stand are very heavy duty, solid price. It's usually $650 for these.

Review this video to see how this monitor works and how it installs, https://youtu.be/Vj-iaDNxr1c

I bought this last year from Costco when it came on sale. Not a gamer, and use it for productivity apps and video consumption.

The monitor arm clamps on your desk, articulates really well, and although has a smaller range of motion than my Ergotron, is suitable for the small everyday articulation -- honestly, I don't move my monitors on a regular basis. Really enjoy the amount of room freed up on my desk.

Use it with a docked MacBook Pro with MonitorConrol (https://github.com/MonitorControl...orControl) to use the mac keys to adjust brightness.

Amazing price.

They are completely different monitors class. This one has 4k resolution. The other 2 are only 2k monitors and can't be compared.

I don't understand why people ask for apple vs orange comparison. Not trying to be an a$$ but what is the reason behind this question? If you need a 4k monitor, have the required hardware to run it at 4k, and can afford it then this is the only choice of the 3 monitors. If you don't have the GPU/hardware to run games/programs at 4k then this is a waste of a monitor.

The ergo stand sets it apart - I have mine mounted in the 3" hole in my desk which gives it a very clean look. The monitor is also great for productivity use cases, but less so for gaming.
I guess I just don't see a need to pay more for something I'm mounting if the specs are the same fit a 4k acer, 32 lg, etc.

So cables pass through inside arm itself ? What about keyboard/mouse from behind, I use wired ones.

What makes this worth $500 compared to the 28" Acer on sale for $250. Aside from 32" vs 28", am I missing something?

Not saying this makes it worth it but differences are the 3 usb C, power delivery, the stand, and obviously larger.

Yeah, if your desk is compatible it's suppose to clamp onto it but if your desk is not compatible like mine then I had to do the grommet installation method. See video on how this works with this monitor: https://youtu.be/Vj-iaDNxr1c

I debated the Costco return policy for monitors with several employees before in the past, their return policy doesn't specify monitors, it just says TVs/computers fall within the 90 day return period but when I called Costco/online chat they all say computer monitors have to be returned within 90 days. Some Costco stores might take it back past 90 days since Costco is awesome for returns normally but to be safe stick to 90 days which is plenty of time IMO.

Can the stand be swapped out for a regular desktop stand? My desk has a glass surface so it cannot support the c-clamp.
This LG monitor has standard 100mm x 100mm Vesa mounting holes so you could buy just a monitor stand off Amazon that suports that Vesa standard like this one and should work. Just screw it in and you have a normal monitor stand.
