Had a lot of diffculty getting a refund from Eneba. Even using PayPal I have spent almost two weeks providing every screenshot and email showing the key won't activate. I even showed them video proof it wasn't working. so buyer beware. if I didn't have PayPal I don't feel I would have gotten my money back. Many people have had issues FYI. Also Lovely Chettah always posts for Eneba.... must REALLY love Eneba.

87.37 was my total using a cc on PayPal. I just popped in the discount code and that was my total after discount and service fee. Are you in the US using a US issued card on PayPal? The site indicated that there might be some fluctuation because of exchange rates, although the total displayed on Eneba was in USD...

No. You can only buy digital games with PSN money. You can buy physical anywhere else pretty much.
