Try adding 7 to cart. Go to checkout final screen right before hitting process order. Open a new tab to access Walgreens cart to remove 5 which makes total 2 for $3. Go back to original tab final screen, hit refresh, and place order.

You can bypass the $10 minimum for pickup by using the Walgreens app and paying using PayPal or Apple Pay.

When did the $10 min start, or this for food products only? I've done dozens of orders with Walgreens and have never seen this before.

Seems to have worked like a charm, at least in placing the order.

I did get an email for full price when I used PayPal BUT I checked my PayPal account and the charge was for the correct price.
Used the app and Paypal, $6.66 total and that was the amount charged at Paypal for Qty 4 at 2/3.33 so seems to have worked and didn't require the $10 minimum for pickup.

SD effect. I don't even drink orange juice but bought 2. Whatever thanks OP. And used PayPal no $10min bs. And correct amount was charged at PP and my card.
