I love olive oil, and I would be all over this offer.... If it had some information that this was actually pure olive oil. Is this too much to ask?! Is it too difficult to state that this is "100% olive oil. There is NO other oil in this container." And how about telling where the oil came from?! I am okay with olive oil that came from Spain. Or Portugal, or Italy or Greece. Or even Morocco, maybe. But when the seller actively hides the origin of the oil, I think the seller is a liar and the oil might as well come from the sewers of some China city.

Apparently, it's been widely publicized, that organized crime profits greatly from counterfeiting European olive oils, so even if they say "100% olive oil" on the bottle I wouldn't trust that half as far as I could throw it - it's basically completely worthless as a claim. So Italy, Greece, Spain, etc. are out as a source. Basically, I only trust Californian Olive Oils, even if I have to pay extra. I love a Deal as much as the next guy, but it's No Deal if my health is at stake (which it is, depending on what they counterfeited the oil with)
