Agree, I wouldn't take a chance on a 65 "used" OLED. If it has issues after 90 days, you basically just threw money away. Hard Pass.

I played through Ori and the Will of the Wisps (XSX) and Ghost of Tsushima (PS5) months ago, and they both performed well. While HDMI 2.1 features are nice to have, I don't know if I would utilize them since I play mostly single player games.

I just contacted Amazon and they said the TV would come with a full manufacturer warranty. I wish I had that chat transcript

Are you sure you can check number of hours on Sony OLED?
You can go into service menu using the regular remote. You'll find 3 numbers on the bottom of the screen. The 3rd number is the panel hours.

Yeah no VRR and according to Rting, only 1080p120hz support. Everything else is 60 hz input though the screen is native 120hz. I'm out. Need 120Hz at least at 1440p or better at 4K with VRR support.

Outside of the generally mentioned static hubs in games, channel logos and news tickers, is there any other type of content which should be avoided to reduce burn-in on OLED?

Nice, I might have bit for the 77 at 2K. Still no VRR and no 4K120Hz. But at 77 I guess it makes up for it. hahah

I live in southern Mass. —which last I checked is part of the contiguous 48 states. If I select any Prime item sold and shipped by Amazon and change the shipping address to ship that same item to my nieces in a tiny town in northwest CT or to my son in VA or to a friend in a remote town the middle of southern Florida — then that same item will be delivered in 1 day to 3 days (3 days for the remote town in Florida). But when I change the shipping address back to my address in southern Mass, then the delivery time changes to 8 to 11 days. — for ANY item. Now Chewy ships to me in 1 to 2 days. Staples ships to me in 1 or 2 days and most third party Amazon sellers ship Prime items to me in 1 to 2 days— so clearly it is possible, But for Amazon every single Prime item ships in 8 to 11 days . I have repeatedly called Amazon for months and they used to say they were doing an expedited investigation of the problem but now they say that while I am entitled to 2-day shipping on Prime items , it is clear I have not gotten any 2-day shipping on any Prime item in the last 5 or 6 months —and while that is not right — there is nothing that the customer service department can do about it. So they now suggest that I can cancel my Prime subscription when it comes up for renewal if I am not satisfied
It's 2 days from when it's shipped. You live far from a fulfillment center. It's actually cheaper for Amazon to ship and item to a closer center then ship it stright from Cali or the closest TV to you. If I had to guess it has to ship from somewhere to the NJ location then to you.

I lived in NY by a center and most shipments made it to me in under 13 hours if it was an item in the center if not about 1-2 days never more. Just moved and it takes 3-4 days for everything...kind of a hard adjustment.

nice. I thought you were referring to the 2019 version. That is a slick deal if you got the 77 2021 version at that price.
