Sams Club's regular price (with no coupons or sales) is .016 cents per tissue. Yes, you need a membership but often there are sales there where you wind up with a free $45 membership. This means you'd have to use their app to purchase and then drive to pick up by carry out or just go in to the store and deal with the lines and crowds……Also they are currently out of stock for these tissues (online and at the store near me). But the above price isn't that great unless you need them now. Good thing is your deal will just show up at the doorstep, no driving required. Otherwise your best bet is waiting for stock at Sams if you have a membership.
