Pretty sweet deal at Verizon to bundle new Apple iPhone 13 silicone case with MagSafe Charger and 20W Power Adapter and save 30%. Lock it in!

I've had much better luck with cheaper non-branded silicone cases.
Is this the party line?

How long did it take them to ship? At this point I hope they ship so I can just return them
I went to the store and the order was cancelled but they had the same prices on the bundle I got so win win
And I've talked to three different customer service reps (both chat and phone) and none of them could help me order this bundle. They kept saying this bundle doesn't exist and they can't verify it when I send them its URL.
After a bunch of back and forth, they eventually said that they can't order it because it's out of stock. They also couldn't give me an estimate on when the website might be fixed.
This has lowered my opinion of Verizon's customer service even more, which is pretty hard as it was already at the bottom! 😆
Not as good as the full bundle, but I didn't need the 20W USB-C adapter anyway so in the end it was less, and still the lowest prices for those items out there.
I just didn't want to waste any more time on this as I'm already embarrassed at how much time I did spend with Verizon support trying to get them to place my order. Talk about sunk cost fallacy [thedecisionlab.com]! 🤦

had the correct shipping address, but when I checked the update page on Verizon's website, they had made an error in typing in the street address. I spent an hour this morning trying to resolve a simple address error, and eventually the agent offered to cancel my order and I agreed. Lo and behold, I just checked the order status again, and they shipped it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS? Are Verizon chat agents that incompetent?

The MagSafe charger did end up at my home address and not the incorrect one showing up on their website. I wonder why they were showing the wrong address and sent it to the correct one …
