it comes in 4 parts and you put it together yourself in like 10 minutes. I've has the couch for 3 and half years one year I literally sat on it 12 + hours a day working from home and it just started showing signs of failing 3 months ago.
This is not for tall people who like sleeping on couches it is for short people and is considered an apartment couch.
If your just starting out and simply want somewhere to sit and fall asleep on occasionally this is a good deal especially if your trying to save on space.
I purchased it based on the firm seat claim and was not disappointed. I will buy another one once I buy a house.
