The Deco AX5700 [costco.com] for $289 until 9/21 is another good option if you can live with 2 vs 3 routers (up to 6,000 sq ft coverage vs 7,000 for the AX3600). Faster speeds (up to 5.7Gbps), 2.5Gbps ports. I've been running the AX5700 for a couple months now and it's been great.

Look at x68 for reviews. That's the non Costco version

X60 is dual band. The x68 is Tri-band (dedicated wireless backhaul). If you are doing a wired backhaul the x60 is a great performer- bang for the buck. If thinking of using wireless backhaul go with x68

I just purchased the X60 for 3 houses(myself, my brother & a friend of mine). My brother & I have regular wired backhaul, my friend has MoCA wired backhaul and this setup works great.

You don't get super granular control, but you do get solid performance around the house. I moved away from my old UniFi set up which was just getting to be a PITA to manage to a mesh set up and I am very pleased with the performance.

A very important note is, you really need to make sure there are no d-link switches in your network. They make the mesh the Deco's set up unusable and unstable.

Do you by chance know how this compares to your x60?

I went over the specs of this vs the X60 and the only thing I could see was a dedicated wireless channel for backhauls in the X60 which was a moot point in my case as I had wired. I would like a few more controls, but I get reliable wifi everywhere around the house which unfortunately was never the case with the UniFI setup. I just got tired of trying to tune/configure things and wanted to switch to some consumer grade stuff and I ended up with this.

The reviews are all over the place for literally every mesh network, hence I went with Costco as it is easy to return and tried and am pleased with this now.

I have the X60 which I bought when it was on sale at Costco but I'm thinking of buying this one instead and return the X60 any thoughts? It has been running great but I used wired cables not wireless to connect the 3 devices.

These are excellent. Sold my Google Mesh routers after I tried these.

I bought this 3pack on line a few weeks ago when I replaced my net gear night hawk. The Deco difference is noticeably better. Seamless transition from one room to the next. Much better coverage for all my outdoor ring cameras and excellent notifications when new devices join your network. I highly recommend.
