Eligibility: The Corona Premier® Wellness Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the state(s) of
Connecticut, New Jersey, New York ("Eligibility Area") who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on September 17, 2021, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2021, at 11:59 PM ET.
How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:
- Via Website Entry. During the Promotion Period, go to Coronapremierwellnesssweeps.com and follow the instructions to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Website Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the Promotion Period to be eligible for inclusion in the random drawing.
- Via QR Code Entry. During the Promotion Period, locate and scan the QR code on Sponsor branded advertising materials using your web-enabled wireless device equipped with a QR code reader application (downloadable for free via the Internet) to be taken to a URL and follow the instructions to be entered into the Sweepstakes. QR Code Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the Promotion Period to be eligible for inclusion in the random drawing.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per calendar day.
Prizes:
One (1) GRAND PRIZE(S): Grand Prize shall consist of one (1) Echelon EX-5s Connect Bike. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $1600 total.
Twenty (20) FIRST PRIZE(S): Each First Prize shall consist of one (1) high end wearable smart watch. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each First Prize: $399 total ($399 per smart watch). Total ARV of all prizes: $7980.
Fifty (50) SECOND PRIZE(S): Each Second Prize shall consist of a Corona Premier Wellness Kit containing one (1) of each of the following Corona branded items: blender water bottle; fitness yoga mat. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Second Prize: $30 total ($15 per water bottle and $15 per yoga mat). Total ARV of all prizes: $1500.
