My understanding is that with things like pillows — and almost anything involving the body, really — it's highly subjective and varies from person to person.

If you every try to find THE pillow (or mattress, or shoes, or office chair), you'll find that reviews are almost always all over the place (or they're falsely inflated by sponsors). And that's because these things aren't one size fits all.

And for some people, they'll be super picky, while others will be happy with almost anything.

At the end of the day, when it comes to products involving the body, better off purchasing from a vendor with a great return policy, or sticking with what you're already using, if it hasn't given you problems.
