Sign up for a free Vemo account
Proceed to download the Venmo App [iOS or Android] for Free and login using your sign-up credentials
Open the app and locate the user settings tab on the bottom right
On the upper right hand corner, locate the cogwheel settings tab and select it
Scroll down until you locate the 'Buying' section and click on the 'Offers' tab
Proceed to click on the 'Find more offers' link to build your custom experience
You will now find a carousel of offers: Panda Express, CVS, Giant Eagle & Foot Locker
Click on each offer and 'Pay with QR code' to proceed with your promotional offer
- Note, you will need to begin the ID verification processor to be eligible to pay with using a QR code

Panda Express: $10 Back w/ In-Store Purchase
- On purchases of $10 or more
- Offer valid through December 31, 2021

CVS Pharmacy: $10 Back w/ In-Store Purchase

When you are on the main screen of Venmo there are four icons across the bottom of the screen. Click the one that looks like a person with a dollar sign over their shoulder. Then click the little gear in the upper right corner of the screen. Then scroll down to where it says offers and memberships and click on that. Then click on find more offers. I have four offers there. One is $10 back when paying with venmo QR code at CVS and $10 at foot locker and $10 at Giant Eagle grocery store and the $10 off at Panda express. Venmo did a really good job of hiding these offers. It's a miracle that anybody actually found it and posted it on here. (Thank you)

Seems like a fine deal, but I think if I ever went to Panda and asked to pay with QR code, the cashier wouldn't know what to do.

Go to setting on the right lower icon then under setting it is under "buying" section, u will see an offer section. I literally just found out too

Don't need Venmo debit or credit card to use Venmo app. Link any active credit cards you have, or even PayPal Key to Venmo and make purchases at merchants that accept Venmo

Purchased 4 $10 panda express gift cards with my 4 venmo accounts. All venmo accounts showed the offer earned. Same with CVS on AMZN gift cards on all 4 accounts as well. Thanks OP.

If you don't see "Find more offers" option, please update the Venmo app to latest version, then you will see it.

How did you buy the Panda Express gift cards. I don't see an option to pay with Venmo on their website payment page.

I was able to have Panda scan the QR for my order but haven't received the credit yet. They were a bit confused but fortunately the QR scanner was on the counter with a "Pay with Paypal/Venmo" sign underneath so they were able to figure it out eventually.
