here's their dropdown picklist from their warranty claim website of why you need a replacement. as you can see, the transducers rattling is a known issue.
Love mine.

These are hand-washable, last a couple days of moderate use between charges. I've gotten no complaints using the mic for calls.

Listening to podcasts or books while doing housework or other drudgery makes the tasks so much more pleasant. "Oh, I guess I'm finished. Pity there's nothing else to do."

Works lag-free when watching videos on my phone or on Chromecast w/ Google TV. Unfortunately there is lag when using them on the Nintendo Switch (new feature on the latest firmware): about 3/4 of a jump's worth of lag in Super Mario World and Ninja Gaiden.
If you're a sound quality snob you're not using bluetooth headphones anyway. You're using some dac/amp setup huddled over a record player using a set of cans nobody has heard of

I have these and love them, but one of the buttons started malfunctioning within a few months. Sent in for RMA and been waiting 3 weeks since delivery.. Contact page is 404, ticket pages Access Denied, RMA not updated at all. Their support needs to wake up.

Anyone use these while cycling? I'm curious about how the mic works for that application, and whether they'd work as an intercom headset for two riders (using a simple voice call as the intercom).
These are excellent while cycling, however the mic on the Aeropex is not the best even in good conditions and I get a lot of complaints. Luckily, there is an almost identical model that comes with a dedicated boom mic that would be perfect for your application (Aftershokz OpenComm).

Does anyone know how these compare to the Aftershokz Air? I love how you can still hear background noise but I don't know if these are worth twice the $60 I paid for the Air a few weeks ago.

I got one for running about a year ago. The battery could only last for about 3 hours when playing music continuously, not the 6 to 8 hours they have claimed. I asked for a replacement and the new one also lasts for about 3 hours. I am training for marathon and I am not fast enough to finish it in three hours. Other than battery life, everything else works fine and I really like it.

Mine broke at the loop to the battery point, looks like no titanium involved at that portion. Guess this is a good replacement price.

Black is only out of stock through shipping. It is in stock near me if I choose pickup so be sure to check pickup locations.
Now I just need a sam's club membership or someone with one.

These are pretty bad for taking calls while cycling. I cycle 80-120 mi a week and my gf will call once in awhile and she can't hear me for the most part because of the wind (from cycling) is too loud. i would htink you have to stop in order to hear anything
