They will probably regret not having a different brand name for their kitchen line.
Bought this one last year when it came around and love it. Easy install and still haven't had to change batteries. Works like a champ. Our super hard water causes the holes that spray the water to get clogged on occasion but soaking in citric acid does the trick.
Bought one of these from Costco. Probably at a year and a half on the same set of batteries. Only complaint is that I didn't install it sooner.

The regular FLOW faucet I got last year starting to have tough turning so I think cartridge will need to be replaced but mine came with GlacierBay label in the front of the faucet and I was surprised to see only 5yr warranty vs usually it's limited lifetime but haven't tried calling yet to find out how good their service is. Brushed nickel finish is in top shape still though so at least that's good quality it seems.

Give their customer support a call. I just called a month ago for some fouled check valves. I believe I spoke with Sheila. I ended up alley oozing it into a new cartridge as well. Everything was under warranty. I purchased this three years ago and love it. I have extremely hard well water and sometimes sediment gets past the filter at my pressure tank. All of this was covered. All I had to do was send a copy of my receipt, or confirmation email of online purchase. It was accepted and I was helped immediately. Solid product. I now find myself waving at public sinks for a split second

Own the faucet and works well. The sensor is shorter range than some other brands but I rarely have it turn on when I am not expecting. Solid deal

I think I have this exact model. I've been using it for two years. I've used a more expensive Moen touchless facet before this FLOW Motion one. The Flow motion one is waaaay better in terms of how the sensors work. The sensor on the Flow doesn't get in the way. I rarely accidentally turn on the water with the Flow. With the Moen, it's so easy to accidentally turn on the water, so annoying.

The battery life is pretty good - just short of a year for frequently used kitchen faucet. The one negative is that guests don't know how to use this. The handle doesn't operate the faucet - the handle has to be in an on position for the sensors to work. On the Moen, the handle can operate the faucet normally. I'd take the Flow over the Moen though.

I installed the X-Series (also on sale - https://www.homedepot.com/p/FLOW-...311807972) about 6 months ago. Would definitely recommend it. Favorite feature is that the water automatically comes on when you pull out the faucet head and it automatically returns to normal stream mode (if placed in spray) when returned back to the faucet. Also, the sensor works perfectly, zero issues with it.

[QUOTE=gluttonne;149803444]Okay, so how do I wash my anus with this, and why would I do so in the kitchen?

The same as you always do in your kitchen/bathroom.

This deal comes around every so often and it's a great deal. Our faucet was dying so i finally jumped on it last spring. Now i wonder why i waited. Works great. Dish sprayer works great. Looks nice. Can be installed with the sensor in front and handle on right side or sensor to the left and handle pointed forward. I went with the latter due to the open hole from the former faucet's sprayer being too close to the right side to place a soap dispenser. This also eliminates activating/deactivating on accident although when i first installed it the other way it rarely happened.

How strong is the sprayer? That's really important for me.
