They will probably regret not having a different brand name for their kitchen line.

Bought this one last year when it came around and love it. Easy install and still haven't had to change batteries. Works like a champ. Our super hard water causes the holes that spray the water to get clogged on occasion but soaking in citric acid does the trick.

Bought one of these from Costco. Probably at a year and a half on the same set of batteries. Only complaint is that I didn't install it sooner.

Had one at previous house and loved it. Was one of my first purchases when we moved into the new house. And yes like other ppl have said it is hilarious when family come over and try to use it. You tell them it's motion sensor and they start waving their hands around like they're on an aircraft carrier directing fighter jets.

Great Deal, I got one about 6 months ago and it's working great. I wave my hand in front of every sink now.

Just a heads up, I have had the bronze version of this faucet installed in my kitchen for about 2 years, it now slowly drips and the handle has begun leaking at the ball joint where it connects to the side of the stem. We have not excessively abused this thing either.
I have a tiny leak at the ball joint as well after 1.5 years.

But regardless - I absolutely love the faucet.
Still on original set of batteries and love seeing my guests' puzzled faces lol

Am having same issues with my 2-yrs old one too. The slow drip issue is likely the nozzle or aerator parts getting loose. You should be able to hand tighten easily. The random leak from the ball joint area of the handle is likely a bad cartridge. If you still have your receipt, you can send an email to their customer service team and ask for a replacement cartridge. I did that this afternoon after seeing the OP and they replied within an hour and will send the replacement within a week. The provided instruction to replace the cartridge seems simple enough.

This looks cool.
Hope it lasts, doesn't leak or fall apart quick so I don't have to replace it a year later.

Have to comment whenever I see this deal. Owned it for probably about 3 years. Never an issue and I haven't had to change the batteries once. Easily the best thing I've ever purchased for my house. Didn't install myself so can't speak to the ease of that but I love this faucet and would 1000% recommend it to anyone.

I've had this for 2 years and only replaced the batteries once but batteries are cheap anyways. It works great and if you cook you will appreciate this so much. Not only for the fact that you can turn it on with waving your hand but also because you can set a temperature and turn it off by waving and it'll be the same temp when you wave to turn it on. If it's not this one get some type of smart faucet in the kitchen but I do stand by mine. Very good especially for this price point and as others have said, relatively easy installation. I had more issues removing the old one tbh

I think I have this exact model. I've been using it for two years. I've used a more expensive Moen touchless facet before this FLOW Motion one. The Flow motion one is waaaay better in terms of how the sensors work. The sensor on the Flow doesn't get in the way. I rarely accidentally turn on the water with the Flow. With the Moen, it's so easy to accidentally turn on the water, so annoying.

The battery life is pretty good - just short of a year for frequently used kitchen faucet. The one negative is that guests don't know how to use this. The handle doesn't operate the faucet - the handle has to be in an on position for the sensors to work. On the Moen, the handle can operate the faucet normally. I'd take the Flow over the Moen though.
To correct the above statement, you can make the faucet operate like a dumb faucet if you want where is just the handle that turns it on and adjusts the water but there's a switch on the controller you have to flip to do that plus it won't be smart anymore. I mean it's a good price for a dumb faucet as well if you want it to work that way

It'll be four years in December since I installed ours and in terms of usage and convenience it's one of the best things I've ever bought, at least for the kitchen. Only thing I'd change about would be a 6" longer hose. We have a sink with the left basin much larger than the right and the faucet is offset accordingly, so the sprayer doesn't reach as far to the left as we'd like. I'd buy another in a heartbeat if the need arose.

So if I'm understanding comments correctly, you can't use the handle to turn on the faucet when it's in sensor mode? I takes hot water like a minute+ to reach the kitchen - would the user have to hold their hands in front of that sensor to keep it running? Or is it like one motion turns it on, until another motion turns it off?

One motion turns it on, another motion turns it off. It will auto shutoff after around 3 minutes.
