PROTIP: plz sign up for a MSN email account, it is a lot easier. If u sign up with a gmail or yahoo email acct, they sometimes have issues sending the voucher after u attended the event.

Not really. I got the aws solutions architect associate and it really didn't help me. Employers only care about real world experience but you cant get it unless someone hires you. Its kind of a chicken and the egg thing.

Exams can now be renewed without taking the cert again as long as they aren't expired. You can renew azure certs via docs.microsoft.com free lessons. So luckily my az104 and az500 should be an easy renewal in 2 years.

After attending both webinars you should get a follow up email in a week for the voucher. It will be tied to your account that you registered with.

I read in some forum that they stopped sending the vouchers. I attended the Azure fundamentals virtual training like 2 weeks ago. After that if you login to certification.microsoft.com with your email that you used to register, you should see an option to redeem the voucher and schedule your exam. I was able to click on it and schedule my exam from there. See attached.

that's true and it's not; a lot of places will hire entry level workers if they have personal developer experience. My bro got hired by Microsoft at 18 after basically just doing web development and Java, c++, python programming as a hobby for a few years on an old PC
