They did this to me once on a 16x20 (was on special, I believe for $4). I didn't know that till I went to the store for pickup of it and two others. I asked and they printed the canceled order while I waited 15 minutes.
I'm trying to print an 8x10 with several 2.5x3in pictures in it, but despite uploading the correct ratio image and making sure to edit the image before checkout, I still got these random changes. 0.2in cropped off the left edge of the image, and then the remaining image is enlarged to make up the space.

I wanna get a picture from my Canon 80D developed into a 24x36 picture frame. Where can I do that without the picture losing its quality.
I'm willing to pay, only if the picture looks amazing, almost as good as the original raw.

I set it to custom and tried to put in 8" x 10" but when I try and type in the field it keeps changing what I type
