Have one, love it, works great. Corsair is also top notch with customer support. I had a 1000w psu that was dead. They replaced even though I had no reciept.

been using mine since early 2018, dead reliable. cables are a little stiff and not the prettiest, but nothing a set of cable extension kit can't fix.

it's 160mm long, so should be compatible with most cases, but not the smallest out there if your case's tolerances are pretty tight. i have a 275r airflow and had to remove the drive cage to shove the excess cables.

don't go by this. Not all Corsair PSUs are highly reliable cause Corsair doesn't make PSUs. They source it from different OEMs.
This one is a solid unit though.

850 is a great sweet spot IMO with enough overhead over "most" home users' requirements to be efficient and therefore quieter. Recommend "Gold" level PSUs but do keep in mind they come with stiffer / bulkier cables though being modular mitigates most space or airflow issues. Recommend you don't mix cables from other PSUs. You may get away with it but very expensive if you don't and there is a lack of standards around cables even between same-brand but different models.

According to 3C, amazon has it as low as 99.99 back in 2018, but most of the time the price was jumping between 110, 120, and 130 pre-pandemic. So 115 is not a bad price at all.
