The pro version of this is more comparable to the G920. This one comes with the lower quality pedals vs the 3 pedals set that the pro and the Logitech bundles come with.
As for the wheels themselves, if this is your first wheel, they're close enough that it wouldn't matter what you start with. Honestly, this is cheap enough to get started and have fun with. If you really get into sim racing, there are several options to mod or upgrade the pedals this comes with

Very tempting. If only I had an XSX I would totally jump on it…

Any thoughts on this? Does it make it a more fun driving experience?

Read through the description, but can't find of it is compatible with XBox One S? Some say compatible with XB One, some say works great with XB One X... Does anyone know of it works with One S?

Yes, it is. When it says compatible with Xbox One, that includes One X and One S. The Xbox One S is the same console as the original, just in a smaller case, a few upgraded connectivity ports, and a slightly overclock iGPU.

Same. Would be looking forward to this and FH5 if I had a XSX.

So is a shift available or would it be cost effective with a shift? How much would that cost? What's a better deal with all 3 or with a stand?

I mean stand + SHIFT + WHEEL + PEDAL?
