Lol the rams aren't going to cost crazy nowadays. It may take a while for Microsoft to figure out the problems with 8GB rams, just like apple. Is the SSD upgradeable?

I haven't been following the SP line recently - I'm guessing they're still using the n-Trig pens that can't draw a straight diagonal line across the screen? They were a year and a half ago the last time I tried one out.

Lol the max capacity of 2230 SSD is like 512GB? Cheapest price is something around $100. Previous gen was easy access/change Ssd. I would wait until I can get more details on this gen. There are tons of better choice than surface right now, not rush.

I preordered the $1349 config myself, but as release date gets closer I'll call my local warehouse and see what they have in store. Will be nice to test drive it in the warehouse and pick mine up at the counter or have the option to cancel it at the counter too.
Windows 11 is the other variable here - hopefully 8GB is enough, but no one really knows yet.
