The "Spencer's - Halloween Horror Nights Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska) except employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same households) of Spencer Gifts, LLC ("Sponsor"), Universal City Studios LLC d/b/a Universal Studios Hollywood, and Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort

Only one form entry per person, per contest duration will be accepted.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing occurring on or before Friday, October 1, 2021


Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Prize ("Prize") awarded. Prize winner ("Winner") will receive one (1) four (4) day/three (3) night trip ("Trip") for Winner and one (1) Guest ("Guest") to experience Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights at one of the following two (2) destinations selected by the Grand Prize Winner: Either (a) Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida; or (b) Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles, California. The total FMV (as defined below) of the Grand Prize depends on the destination chosen by winner (see below). The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the number of travelers, point and date of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation.


Option (a): Universal Orlando Resort Prize:

(a) If the Universal Orlando Resort destination is chosen, Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest from a major airport near Winner's home (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn & Suites or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando Resort in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL for Winner and one (1) Guest *; 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal's Volcano Bay Water Theme Park for Winner and one (1) Guest; Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night tickets for winner and one (1) Guest; and Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Single Night Express Passes for winner and one (1) guest. The Fair Market Value ("FMV") of the Universal Orlando Resort Prize is Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Nine and 28/100 ($2,539.28).

NOTE: The travel period must coincide with either the 2021 or 2022 Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights event dates in order to partake in the Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights elements of the Prize. Travel for the 2021 event must be booked no later than October 12, 2021. 2021 event dates occur on select dates between September 6, 2021 and November 2, 2021. 2022 event dates are currently TBD. Winner may choose a travel period outside of the Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights event dates (with Universal Orlando Resort approval) but, in doing so, will forfeit the Halloween Horror Nights Single Night Ticket and Express Pass elements of the Prize without further or alternative compensation. Trip must be completed by November 10, 2022 or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without further or alternative compensation. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando Resort and Sponsor approval. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando Resort.

* For a winner who is a Florida resident and chooses the Universal Orlando Resort destination, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Orlando Resort in its sole discretion.

Option (b): Universal Studios Hollywood Prize:

(a) If the Universal Studios Hollywood destination is chosen, Winner will receive the following:

(a) Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport closest to winner's home (as determined by USH in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California**. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin; (b) Non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and USH**; (c) Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for winner and one (1) guest in a maximum of one (1) room (double occupancy) at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or other nearby hotel of USH's choosing in its sole discretion) for four (4) consecutive days and three (3) nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here; (d) General Admission tickets for three (3) days for winner and one (1) guest to Universal Studios Hollywood theme park; and (e) One (1) night admission to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights for winner and one (1) guest. The FMV of the Universal Studios Hollywood Prize is Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($3,622.00).

NOTE: The travel period must coincide with either the 2021 or 2022 Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights event dates in order to partake in the Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights elements of the Prize. 2021 event dates occur on select dates between September 9, 2021 and October 31, 2021. 2022 event dates are currently TBD. Winner may choose a travel period outside of the Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights event dates (with Universal Studios Hollywood approval) provided such travel must be completed by October 31, 2022 and with the understanding that in doing so, Winner will forfeit the Halloween Horror Nights element of the Prize. If the Winner is unable to complete travel within the above travel period, the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no further or alternative compensation will be provided. Travel dates are subject to Universal Studios Hollywood and Sponsor approval.If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Travel dates are subject to Universal Studios Hollywood and Sponsor approval. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Studios Hollywood.

** For a winner who is a California resident and chooses the Universal Studios Hollywood destination, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion.
