How to Reset Toner on Brother HL-L2350dw, HL-L2370dw
What to do when your "replace toner" message won't go away even after you replaced the toner? If you have a Brother HL-L2350dw or Brother HL-L2370dw printer, follow these easy steps to reset the toner:

1. With power on, open the front cover
2. Press BACK and GO buttons at the same time
3. Press BACK button one more time by itself
4. Press Down Arrow to select the correct toner type:
TNR-HC for high capacity TN-760 toner OR
TNR-STR for standard capacity TN-730 toner
5. Press OK
6. Press Down Arrow to confirm reset
7. Close the front cover and your printer should be ready to print.

The printer uses the following supplies:
Brother tn760 high capacity toner
Brother tn730 standard capacity toner
Brother Dr730 drum unit

im sitting on about 5 double pack toners that were about $10 set, i kept running the drum for years past the EOL and it finally burned up. drum replacement was about $17.

i even purchased some of the front left side internal replacement tab levers that the paper tray press against to engage the roller.

Having formerly worked for a national chain ink/toner refill company I would also give my stamp of approval on this machine. When customers would ask for recommendations on printers we would almost always recommend Brother because of the quality of printer and ease of refills.

the lower cost of these brother printers and dirt cheap toner cartridges makes up for that $400 HP 6L top loading/out that i first purchased at compusa back in the early 90s. still got that thing somewhere around here. it used to get so hot that it would sweat on the printouts. laugh out loud

A year ago I bought a 2320D for $80 from Staples. Fast warm-up and 1st print. Works perfectly! Replaced a Samsung model that's 15 years old and costs $500-ish.

A little anecdote... The company founders wanted to name it "Sister", but some other Japanese company was already using that name... So, "Brother". Smilie FWIW...

Got this in June / July when Staples had a work from home coupon. This is definitely a good deal. Great printer and hope it lasts me a very long time.

I will say that contrary to a couple other posters, my printer actually came ahead of schedule by a couple weeks, but I guess it was bc the school year was already over. Went a while without any updates and suddenly one day, the status changed to shipped, and it was delivered that same day.
