2. Reach out to Samsung Executive https://www.elliott.org/company-c...s/samsung/ and email all these emails explaining the situation.
3. DO NOT CONTACT NORMAL CS VIA CHAT OR PHONE (it will only waste your time)
4. Wait for Yvette (or someone else from Tier 3 Support / Office of the president) to reach out to you.
5. Let Tier 3 know what you want, they are 100% willing to make this right within reason.
6. Be Patient (they will get back to you)
Like everyone here I wasn't too trusting of Samsung after this royal F Up but I'm glad I waited it through with Tier 3, Yvette is really nice and is willing to help. Please be nice to her and give her some time to reach towards your resolution. Hope this helps anyone still getting this resolved!

The same tablet was available through another Samsung EDU deal for $285 back in March 2021 and Samsung actually shipped those orders.
It shows to me the IT and Samsung managment are not talking to one another!
I use to work in IT and there is GO LIVE MEETING when there is a new feature added. How can Samsung management miss the "FREE BUD" promo!?

My 40% discounted tab S7 was shipped today, i am trying to get a refund of $86 to price match last week's deal. But was told not approve.
Kind of piss....here's what i will do, i will try again once i receive the tablet. If they refuse, i will ask for return shipping label to return and get a full refund.
It will cause Samsung even more money to ship the tablet out to me and take it back again, and lose the sales from me all at the same time.....
I was contacted via email this morning by an Executive Case Manager from the Executive Escalations Support Group and was given a $200 promo code for the Buds, which I just ordered for free (!!). Let's hope my order gets to me.
I responded to the email and said what I really wanted was for Samsung to price match their advertised price for the 256GB S7 I originally ordered. Fingers crossed I hear back fro them with something.
I guess the free Buds is a nice consolation!
