View peach colored text box: Amazon Warehouse Fall Clearance Sale, save up to 40% off select items. Click to enter selected items in promo.

Don't click on Sponsored items, it will take you out of bounds of promo zone.
Search by typing in specific item in search box, or browse by department listing on left. Note number of items for your search in promo zone. At the end of those items, Amazon will show items from all departments, don't wander off from the promo zone.

Amazon corporate: "WTF!! WHO PUT SO MANY USED THINGS AT 40% OFF! WHO'S RESPONSIBLE!!???"
Amazon marketing: "Umm...I thought we wanted to get rid of this junk? It's been sitting for a few months already and no one else wants it"
Amazon corporate: "KILL THE SALE NOW!!"
Amazon marketing: "Ok, we killed it"
Amazon corporate: "On second thought, is there a way to put only the REAL JUNK for 40% off, like the crap that no one buys"
Amazon marketing: "I guess we can put stuff that hasn't sold in at least 365 days, it's pretty much trash"
Amazon corporate: "Sounds good, do it"

It's one thing to say it happened one time, but you claim at least A couple, that's why they contacted you because that is extremely extremely rare to receive an empty box
The vendor sent a replacement, of course.

So you just sent back an empty box with no communication and expected them to start pulling security tapes before assuming that you were trying to scam them?
Sorry, but that's on you. Yes, Amazon made a mistake, but you can't just return empty boxes and expect Amazon to magically figure it out. Sounds like the whole incident could've been avoided with a 5-minute phone call (and, not to mention, you wouldn't have had to waste time, money, and resources sending back empty boxes - I doubt they would've asked for them back).
If you received wrong items then you know they don't inspect.
If they don't inspect, all kind of things can happen. That's pure logic, don't need opinions.
Then Amazon says that I sent back a counterfeit product and they are keeping my money. Because their systems shows they sent out a "real" one and I sent back a "fake" one. They are 100% responsible for counterfeit products but they have put the onerous on me.
I will not buy Warehouse products again.
Does it not show you if any of the things in your cart are already 40% off or is it just that nothing I have in my cart/saved items qualifies?
