Got mine with the Additional $5 upgrade that includes the cigar box. The 25% applied to the $5 cost as well, so it came to be a $3.75 upgrade. Shipping was free with HARVEST. Tax was Charged. There was one additional unexpected cost of $1 for 'signature required'. I paid with paypal which evidently fulfilled the age verification check.

Just did another order and it went through. The first time I used checkout as a guest because I was too lazy to remember my password. I changed my e-mail since my main was already on file. Then I just did it again using my account and a different CC. Got 40% off with 2.99 shipping. Total came to 9.77 with tax. $1.62 more than the first order. We'll see if it really goes through.

For some reason no matter what payment card I try, it tells me it can't authorize my card. Bummer. Have never had problems with CI before.
