My eye doc told me Biotrue is as close to natural tears as you can get.

same, the office gave me a sample of the Biotrue and told me to make sure to pick up preservative free ones. I went to costco and starting googling all the ingredients and thats when I realize Biotrue uses Polyaminopropyl Biguanide which is a type of preservatives.
