Seems like a good price but the lack of reviews is concerning me a bit. Anyone have anything to say about that Corsair?
It looks like a good deal, but I'm pretty sure the PS5 wants write speeds of 5,500MB/sec. The product description on Best Buy says it has a write speed of 4,950MB/sec.

Ah sorry should have clarified I wasn't looking at it for a PS5 but rather for PC use.
Phison E16 + Toshiba 96L TLC, pretty standard entry level Gen4 NVMe steup (which is still an overkill for 99% of the PC builders out ther) which is identical to a lot of other SSD out there including the well received Sabrent Rocket 4.0
Most these manufactures are really just relying on 3rd party OEM and parts. Gigabytes indeed handled the PSU situation poorly but that's not a good indicator for their SSDs.
On the note for PS5 compatibility, the current recommendation from my understanding, is based upon future requirements for techs like SSG or MS's DirectStorage which isn't anywhere near its potential on regular 4k gaming. You will not seeing much difference even if you put a Gen3 drive in PS%, as of now at least.
