  • About this item:
    • Recall hours spent sitting in your bean bag chair parked in front of the television, video game controller in hand. Nothing mattered except defeating Bowser and ultimately completing the entire "Super Mario World" game. Relive the care-free fun when you display this Super NES console Christmas tree ornament that lights up and plays the familiar music and sounds of the iconic video game (battery-operated).

How is this a slick deal?
It's not a slick deal but people thumbed up anyway because member berries.

This product typically goes for $19.99 on Amazon according to 3Camel. The lowest price it's ever been was $18. If you use Hallmark's coupon from the rewards email, you get a discount of course but that still doesn't make this particular product a slick deal. 🤔

Yes it need the physical carts that you plug into the top of the system. Oh also needs a power cord and A/V cables. And whatever you do don't try to hang it on a tree or something crazy like that.

For the same price you could easily get a real console....https://www.amazon.com/Qikafan-Co...940&sr=8-3
But still... no HDMI!

And with the Crown sign-up for free ship and $5 coupon, this SNES ornament is $14.99. I used all my Paypal/Discover 5% back for this quarter and could wait 2 days for Oct 1 to use Paypal/Chase Freedom 5% and save another 80 cents, but don't want to take the chance of it selling out. It's cute and will be an ornament all year on my desk or on my tree. I have the real thing, but it doesn't hang well on the tree!

It's just a fun ornament, and I don't have a Hallmark within 50 miles to possibly buy it in person or see it on clearance, so thanks OP.

LMAO art $20 retail for a Christmas ornament you're not going to make enough of a profit reselling this for it to be worth it.
The NES from last year is going for $60+ on eBay this year. I'll chance it.

It's not in-stock on Amazon and is already being resold at higher prices, which is maybe why given its limited availability, this is considered a slick deal to the OP and the rest of us who appreciate reliving their childhoods once in a while instead of tracking pennies on internet prices?

Really? I picked up a bunch of the Defender Arcade ornaments on clearance a few years back. They were available on clearance easily. Maybe I just got to it earlier than most.
