Walt Disney World Resort 50th Celebration Sweepstakes - October 24, 2021

ELIGIBILITY: The "Walt Disney World Resort 50th Celebration Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET"), September 30, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, October 24, 2021 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

You must have an online Disney account to enter. Visit https://50thCelebrationSweepstakes.com ("Website") and select the "Enter" button. You will need to log in with your Disney account user name or e-mail address and password; or, if you do not have an online Disney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an online Disney account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the "Create an Account" link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the "Create Your Disney Account" section on the Website.

Once you are logged in, you will be automatically sent back to the entry page on the Website, where you must check a box agreeing to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's Terms of Use ( http://disneytermsofuse.com/) and Privacy Policy ( http://disneyprivacycenter.com ). IF THIS BOX IS NOT CHECKED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ENTRY PROCEDURE OR ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. All entries must be received by October 24, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ("Grand Prize"): One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 5-day/4-night vacation ("Vacation") for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, "Group") to Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, Florida ("Resort"). Vacation consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for the Group from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner's legal residence (as selected by Sponsor) ("Airport of Origin") to the Orlando International Airport (with possible layovers); provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, air fare will not be provided for the Group; round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort; provided, however, if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, round trip ground transfer between the Orlando International Airport and Resort will not be provided for the Group; room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (daily parking at the Resort, if applicable, is included); one (1) welcome basket in Resort hotel room for the Grand Prize Winner only (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); up to four (4) 5-Day Resort theme park tickets with Park Hopper® Option; one (1) Resort VIP Tour Guide for up to eight (8) consecutive hours for the Group on one (1) day during the Vacation (guide, services and hours to be determined by Sponsor); one (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD for the Grand Prize Winner only (subject to restrictions); and one (1) Memory Maker product which includes digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass® photos during the Vacation at select attractions (terms and conditions apply). See below for additional restrictions regarding the Vacation. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $10,901.04 USD which may vary depending upon point of departure. The ARV for the Grand Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins.

TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES ("First Prize"): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) shopDisney.com Merchandise Credit of $500.00 that can be used at shopDisney.com online or via phone orders ("Merchandise Credit"). Merchandise Credit is not valid on purchases made at Disney Store retail and outlet locations, Disney Parks and Resorts locations or Disney Store merchandise purchased from other retailers or using third party websites. Merchandise Credit may not be used to purchase Disney Theme Park tickets or Disney Gift Cards. Merchandise Credit is not redeemable for cash, except and only to the extent required by law.
