I'm excited for the day when America follows in Europes footsteps and bans red 40 and the like. No reason to have them when natural coloring works.
If anyone in this thread wants a sour candy that slaps, though, sans the junk, and has a Trader Joe's nearby, their Sour Scandinavian Swimmers are great!
Ah yes, the ever infallible agencies of the US government. It was until two montha ago that the FDA finally banned PFAS from food packaging.

I actually prefer Scandinavian Swimmers over the "name brand" Swedish Fish!
