Be careful guys. There will be no confirmation in email about gift cards. ATT gives hard time to honor the promotion. It is notorious for that.

i've got the gigabit fiber ATT 1000 plan at $49.99 per month ( with $10 equipment fee waived) just ask nicely after a month or two and they will remove the equipment fee , oh it includes HBO Max for free

the 250 is 200 plus 50 with offer code FALL50? you may try another code ACTNOW to replace the current code for additional 150, so totally should be 200+150=350.

Great sign on bonus for internet service, but the coverage of AT&T fiber is painful, none of my address have its service.

Currently I have an internet plan on my name. Can i cancel my existing connection and signup using my wife's name?
I have done this with spectrum for years now. switch the name and it's a new customer. I'd assume att works the same way

Had AT&T fiber in my area (San Francisco) for a year since Comcast 1 year expired. It was the worst experience during the Pandemic year. Frequent drop connections throughout the day.
When and which zipcode? Sonic is good too.

I was able to call the customer service and ask for the promo again once my year was almost up. No hassles, they just did it.
Hmm it seems this deal $200+$50(ymmv)+$150=$400 is better than calling to renew the 12 month deal if using a different name within same address?

Just signed up yesterday for Gig Fiber - 30040 - I was on the phone with the product in the cart and after about a minute the "Act Now" popped up and offered to add the other $150 dollar gift card using code ActNow - for a total of $400 dollars. I currently have ATT Gig Fiber in house we are moving from and love it. Wouldn't have anything else. Super stable and reliable. Bill has been exactly $70 dollars a month for many years. No little fees or charges.

Yes probably, but the promo wasn't available when I renewed.

Question to you all :

** best conditions you might get**
1000 MBPS = 125MB
250 MBPS = 31.25 MB
50 MBPS = 6.25 MB

https://web.hevanet.com/megabit-p...to-mb.html

So where is the deal, they are just robbing you without a gun!

BE smart out there MBPS is not the same as MB!
I have ATT 1000 Fiber, Bay Area California, and get 930down/950up hardwired

After Spectrum is acquired by Charter, I believe they charge a non-waivable activation fee (typically equals to 1 month service charge) on each time you switch to new service, even if you select "self installation kit".
How do you deal with that?

Yep that'll do the trick don't feel bad I paid the $10 fee for the first term of my 12 months which was last year, once I renewed again I requested to waive the fee
Do you simply ask them to waive the fee? Do you need to come up with an excuse for some reason? A few months ago, I tried explaining that it wasn't legal to charge equipment fees and I wanted to use my own router, but they were having none of it...

Call the At&t reward center if you aren't getting your gift cards. The lady had to release the $200 and helped us get the remaining $150 since they didn't send an email.
Yes - make sure to take a screenshot of the final summary screen that shows all your giftcards. I used promo codes for extra bonuses about two months ago, but they don't track and you don't receive any emails about the bonus cards. You have to call reward center and they ask what code you used, so just make sure you keep track of everything. After calling, I ended up receiving both cards via mail. They came pretty quickly too.

I also had an AMEX offer for spend $50, get $50 back for AT&T Fiber.
I paid $50 instead of the $45 and it triggered the email stating I used the offer.
Be sure to check your favorite cash back offers too.
It looks like auto bill pay is required for the $35+$10 price. How did you pay $50 instead of $45?

All proofs are very important. Sometimes ATT representatives act dumb and pretend when you call them about gift cards. They act like this promotion was never exist and hard time starts there, so take all evidence properly. Nothing is automatic for the gift cards. Be ready to deal with their customer service and each and every time you will hear different stories from them.
