Great sign on bonus for internet service, but the coverage of AT&T fiber is painful, none of my address have its service.

I'm still waiting for my gift cards.
They are scammers. I called them 4 times and they are always trying to avoid the problem.
FYI, I got it via Costco deal, so only got 250 gift card (200 ATT, 50 Costco cash card). They sent me email confirmation on the giftcard/Costco card within 2 mins of me signing up.
So although a gigabit plan is 125 megabytes per second (not megabits) - that other poster is confused about what ISP's offer, as no one is advertising 1 gigabyte per second. That would be 8 times faster than current gigabit service.
Also, Netflix 4K streams use about 25Mbps, which is 40 times less than peak speeds on gigabit service.

Thank you for pointing that out. Appreciate the clarification.

They also wouldn't honor the 250 promo or 200 whatever it was back in april. Was still cheaper than comcast though. Now comcast is offering 2gb service in my area for same price as att 1gb fiber.
In 5 months I've had 2 outages that I noticed. Both for about 2 minutes. Comcast went out for more often for around same period of time. So for business use I'd still suggest ATT.
