FYI Costco just listed the 400GB Extreme for $49.99 if you prefer B&M vs Amazon

One thing I have heard about wrt. Amazon is having to be careful about receiving counterfeit products for things potentially of this sort.
One supposed problem had to do with them selling the same product ID from any one of 3rd party sellers as well as "sold by Amazon".
But when you order that (same) product ID it reportedly (?) could get picked up out of the same stock pile that might be shared stock for that product containing things that came from 3rd party vendors as well as whatever Amazon procured by whatever means for their own "sold by" stock. If that's so then it even more muddies the question of "where did the thing I bought even come from, who procured it, and from where?".

I wonder if sandisk / westerndigital store directly will match the price.

The fact that your important and helpful info was hidden because SD'ers are penny-pinchers or have such a circle-jerk for Amazon is getting pretty tired.

This deal and this price has additional factors and considerations, some discussed here about literally the possibility of receiving a counterfeit product, yet people can't tolerate even the sight or thought of how an alternative is available at a higher price? What is this place?

The 1TB Ultra card is $109, which is the lowest per CCC.

no you need U3 for 4K.. The 512gb deal in the description would work.

Isn't this the low end model, the one you need for 4K or faster processing is Extreme or Extreme Pro, right?

Usually SanDisk will swap it out for you if you RMA with them. But Costco has excellent service for warranty as always

I'd go Best Buy or another place if possible. My example for Amazon is ordering the US version of a game directly from Amazon and receiving the European version.

Can email sellers & ask if they commingle inventory or opted out. If there's an ASIN sticker on your product, it probably wasn't commingled. Also, Amazon Exec Customer Support claimed in an email to me in September 2015: "If an item is shipped and sold by Amazon [dot] com it will not be commingled with any other inventory."
