I initially jumped on the USB C 4000mAh model, but after seeing a comment here how they are junk and the mediocor Amazon reviews I cancelled my order.

Some carry a Mophie warranty but others only a Morningsave one.

Tried to purchase a few of the former kind but it will not waive shipping even when I entered the credit card info first as someone suggested

I have been trying to open the posted links from my desktop but none of them are working, it opens a new tab then immeditely shuts it off. Seems the site maybe unsafe and something maybe blocking. Also what comes in box? does it have lightning cable, one youtube video shows it has a detachable lightning pin.

The code did not work initially. I entered Mophie (the brand) and it gave me an expired coupon error. I then entered MOPHREE and it worked.

Never buy a battery with integrated cable. USB-C probably isn't going anywhere, but if it does it stinks having to toss something that ends up obsolete by design.

The USB-C $10 for 2 ones are really thin and have excellent connectors too. Fit in the pocket with very little extra weight. I have four from previous sale, and two more larger ones.

If I didn't already have so many of these, I'd get two more slim ones.

If you have Android phones, these are much more valuable. If you have Iphones, you can pick up some USB-C to Lightning adapters on Amazon and time them together.. a bit more clumsy.
