Fyi i ordered this from the last deal and mine refused to connect with the Sony app. I contacted Sony after being redirected from secondipity and they don't cover refurb products. In the process of exchange/refund with them atm..

If NFC did not work, use bluetooth connection.

Also be sure your phone is bluetooth and NFC capable and those functions are turned on.

Well it connects to my phone via Bluetooth ok but not to the app. You need to connect to the app in order for you to get the latest updates and other features
