I'm about to cancel my Citi Double Cash back card.
I found out that Band of America has higher percent cash back... our IRA is with Merril so we are Honor Platinum which means a 75% bonus... so they offer a 1.5% cash back card with the 75% bonus... total cash back becomes... 2.625% cash back.
We basically use our Citi card for most purchases and of course I don't see this offer. I spend about $25K per year on this card... the extra .625% is equal to $156.25.
This post is IRRELEVANT with regard this deal. Are you working for BoA and trying to promote their craps? Common man, stop wasting people's time with useless posts like this. You should know better since you are at level L9.

This is RELEVANT cause the product is a 2% cash back card. I am always looking for the best cash back card.
And I personally do not see this deal with my Citi cash back card.
My $50 offer disappeared. I was ready to make a purchase and just wanted double check before submitting order, and there is nothing in my "enrolled offer"! Has this happened to anyone?

The offer has disappeared from my account, too. Still haven't seen the credit about a week later.

Just spoke to a rep from BB regarding them breaking up the gift cards purchases into two separate transactions. This is done to discourage people who come in and buy multiple gift cards to resale. So if you buy two $100 gift cards at the same time, BB with break them into two separate transactions. But if you buy one $200 gift card, then you can get around this rule. This is why people earlier complained about BB breaking up their orders into two separate gift card purchases even though the order was place as a single purchase online. I am planning to go to the store and pick up a $200 gift card instead of doing this online just to be safe. Make sure you take the screen shot of the Citi promo just in case it disappears from your account later on so you can argue with those incompetent Citi reps in case anything goes wrong.
Logged into my Citi account today and saw one posted on the 20th with another on the 21st. They were both definitely for the Best Buy offer because I haven't done any other spending on my Citi card in months.
Purchased $100 Netflix and $100 Apple in-store 10/22, credit posted 10/25.
When is your statement closing date? I'm wondering if it doesn't get credited until that happens because I still don't see mine even though the offer says "redeemed".

Heck no
YES...I went into BB store and picked out two Apple GC. The cash register would NOT let the cashier enter the two$100 GC on the same purchase. It would only let her enter one transaction per purchase. Maybe this is exclusively for Apply GC only. I had no choice but to pick up one $200 Apple GC instead and I didn't get the free $15 BB gift card that comes with each $100 Apple GC purchase along with 6 months of free Apple Music and Apple TV ..yada yada.

I did this on 11/22 in-store and was able to purchase 2x$100 Apple GC in 1 transaction. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier scanned and handed me 2x $15 best buy gc as I was expecting only 1.
Best Buy purchase history shows 1 transaction and so does the posted charge.
Maybe its a store specific policy.

Same here, I just did this today as well before store closed for Black Friday 11/26/2021. One transaction as well.
