Throw it all in a blender for 15 seconds. Smooth consistency, great flavor with no aftertaste, and sweet enough to fulfill any cravings due to the fruits and monk fruit extract from the powder. No more bloating for me after drinking a shake, which was pretty common back when I was making shakes from whey.
Usually I do vanilla protein in with my dark chocolate overnight oats. Even splitting 50/50 with vanilla, the greens have an overpowering flavor. I may start mixing with minimal water & chugging. I'm still working through the last bundle.

Usually I do vanilla protein in with my dark chocolate overnight oats. Even splitting 50/50 with vanilla, the greens have an overpowering flavor. I may start mixing with minimal water & chugging. I'm still working through the last bundle.

Got this for 75%+ off on another deal a couple months back
I'm sure it's very healthy, but the flavor is quite an adjustment. I have done Breakfast Essential or Slimfast esque breakfast mixes before where is mix it with a banana or my coffee and some chia seeds etc... Ie those were pleasant to drink.
With the Vega, i started adding as little water as possible and taking it like a medicinal shot in as few gulps as possible. I think it's the pea protein. it tastes....very healthy :p
